ORDINANCE NO 1259
Rezone Four Parcels at Approximately 459 West Main St, Rexburg, Idaho to High Density Residential 2 (HDR2)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ZONED DESIGNATION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, SITUATED IN
REXBURG, MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO, BE CHANGED AS HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho:
SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, which is filed with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended and changed to provide that the hereinafter
described property situated in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho, regarding (#21 00170) to rezone four parcels at approximately 459 W Main St parcels #RPRRXB10432295,
RPRRXB10430130, PRRXB10430160, and RPRRXB10430100 from Mixed Use (MU) and Medium Density Residential 1 (MDR1) to High Density Residential 2 (HDR2) zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison
County, Idaho.
The said property is located at approximately 459 West Main St in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Legal Descriptions:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 43, of the original Rexburg Townsite, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence East 66 feet; thence South 330 feet; thence
West 66 feet, thence North 330 feet to the point of beginning.
457 W Main St Parcel RPRRXB10430160
Commencing at a point 125.1 feet East of the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block 43 of the Original Rexburg Townsite, in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded
plat thereof, and running thence East 82.5 feet; thence South 247.5 feet; thence West 82.5 feet; thence North 247.5 feet to the point of beginning.
455 W Main St Parcel RPRRXB10430130
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Lot 2, Block 43 of the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho, and running thence West 89.4 feet; thence South 247 1/2 feet; thence East
72.9 feet; thence South 82 1/2 feet; thence East 16 1/2 feet; thence North 330 feet to the point of beginning.
Approximately 33 S 5th W Parcel RPRRXB10432295
A Portion of Lot 2 in Block 43 of the Original Rexburg Townsite described as follows:
Beginning at a point South 00°16'29" East 396.02 feet and North 89°44'58" East 171.17 feet from the Northwest corner of Section 30, Township 6 North, Range 40 East of the Boise Meridian,
City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho; and running thence North 00°15'02" West 82.50 feet; thence North 89°44'58" East 155.40 feet; thence South 00°15'02" East 82.50 feet; thence South
89°44'58" West 155.40 feel to the point of beginning.
SECTION II: That a new zoning map showing these amendments shall be certified to and declared to be the official zoning map of the City of Rexburg by passage of this Ordinance by the
City Council of the City of Rexburg.
SECTION III: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, approval and publication.
