Parking must not be located in the first 10 feet
of front yard setback.
The minimum parking stall size is 9x18 feet,
not 8.5x19. The compact size is 8x15 feet.
79 total parking stalls are required, 20 of which
may be compact.
Garbage containers must be screened. Please
show type of screening on the site plan.
All parking areas shall be screened from the
public right-of-way with fences, hedges, berms
and landscaping. Please submit a detailed
landscaping plan for review.
It is recommended that the internal pedestrian
connection be located on the south end of the
lot. The code requires this pathway to include
adjoining landscaped areas that include trees,
shrubs, benches, flower beds, ground coovers,
or other such materials for no less than 50
percent of its length.
Northeast parking area will force vehicles to
use the right-of-way to turn around or move
from one area of the lot to another. The
ordinance prohibits this.
