with doors, porches, balconies, and/or
windows. Only about 38% of the side
elevations are provided with these features.
Please revise, including features on -the 2nd
Boor to visually break up the buildings.
Elevations submitted 10/17/2007 meet this
standard. The "street facing" elevation drawing
must be applied to the North elevations of
buildings 1 and 6, and the West elevations of
buildin,gs 3 and 4. It is recommended that they
also be applied to the East elevations of
buildings 2 and 5.
Each elevation is required to provide at least 3
of the detailed design features listed in the
design standards (dormers, gables, covered
porch entries, window trim, etc.) The back
elevation only provides 2, and the side
elevations only provide 1. Please provide at
least 3 on each side of each building.
Elevations submitted 10/1712007 meet this
requirement.
Please provide a conn-ectian on the internal
walkway between buildings 2 and 5.
Trash receptacle cannot be located in the front
yard se#back. This must be fully screened from
the right-of-way. Please include screening
details on the plans,
Please provide wheel stops in front of parking
stall's that abut the internal pedestrian
walkways, or widen the walkways to 6 feet ion
these areas to prevent vehicle overhang.

The most westerly handicaps parking stall
needs to be moved to the left of the loading
space for van access.
A revised, to scale, site plan is required.
Landscape plan may be included on the site
plan.
Sidewalks along the right of way are not shown.
Please revise. Internal pedestrian walkways
must connect to all the right-of-ways (Main
Street, 4th West, and 1st South).
Interna! connections to the right-of-way ars not

revise.
Please submit a detailed landscaping plan for
review. Please include the percentage of
landscaped area, as 30% of the Pit must be
