Two separate build -outs will be built ars two bays of the franc sidewall. These projections will project 3 ' out from the building. They will be covered by stucco or a pre-fniished horizonW siding. The build -outs gine the entries defMition and separation with -increased visibility. A front door and window will be ffi each build -out., A customized aNmng or canopy will applied to the ftont of each build out. A trim- piece is added to wrap the building givilag the building another color and a look of dimension. (Sirnilar to John Deere, Backside of Momma K's. etc.) The south side of the bw-lding has not been modified as it fares the sit unmodified wall of Rexburg Motor sports.
