The floor plan of the building has been modified to fi the design standards that the City
of Rexburg enforces.
Two separate build -outs will be built ars two bays of the franc sidewall. These projections
will project 3 ' out from the building. They will be covered by stucco or a pre-fniished
horizonW siding.
The build -outs gine the entries defMition and separation with -increased visibility. A front
door and window will be ffi each build -out.,
A customized aNmng or canopy will applied to the ftont of each build out.
A trim- piece is added to wrap the building givilag the building another color and a look of
dimension. (Sirnilar to John Deere, Backside of Momma K's. etc.)
The south side of the bw-lding has not been modified as it fares the sit unmodified wall
of Rexburg Motor sports. The overhead doors on this of the sidewa.11 give the buaUdIng

Architectural Design Standards Review
The Zoning Ordinance specifically requires design review for all structures in City
Commercial Zones.
The attached drawings submitted for approval are not in conformance with Ordinance
926, the City of Rexburg Development Code. The building does not conform with
the Architectural Design Criteria sed out for building less than 25,000 sq ft,
