Madison and Fremont Counties
I, Jeff Rydalch, being first duly sworn, depose and say, that
I am the business manager of the STANDARD
JOURNAL, a 5 Mmes a week newspaper published 5 times
a week in Madison and Fremont bounties, Idaho; and I do
solemnly swear that the Public Hewing - conditional Permit
for "Dormitory Style units proposed by Greenbrier
Association, a copy of which notice appears attached hereto,
was published in the regular and entire issue of said
newspaper, and not in any supplement issue, once an issue
thereof for two issues, the first publication having been
made on July 6, 2006 and the Iasi publication having been
made on July 15, 2
Further, that said newspaper is one of general circulation in,
said county; that it is a Iegal newspaper, conforming to legal
specifications under the Idaho Statutes; that it has at least two
hundred bona fide subscribers living within the county, of
publication; and that it has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said county during a period of
seventy-eight consecutive weeds prior to the first publication
of the said notic

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE I HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public
Hearing will be held before the Planning
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg,
Idaho, Thursday, duly 207 2006, at 7:05 p.m.,
in the City Council Chambers of the City Build-
ing t 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, re-
garding Conditional Use Permit for "D rmit -
.r Style" housing at 149, 163, 163 1/2, 175,
179 Exist 2nd South and 164, 166,, 168 South
2nd East, The total number of "Dormitory
Style" units proposed in Greenbrier Associa-
tion

tion housing will be six units, The proposed
density isten singles in 14 , seven singles in
163, twenty four ,singles in 163 1 , sevensin-
gles in 175, seven singles in 179, and one
married couplie in each unit at 164, 166, and
168. The current MDR1 Zone allows sixteen
dwelling units per acre by right and Do reit r
Style housing with a "Conditional Use Permit."
The said parcels are located at the NW corner
of the intersection of 2nd South and 2nd East
in Rexburg, K412dison County, Idaho, and more
particularly described follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 1, Block 1
Parker addition: North 165 feet., thence West
297 feet, thence South 165 feet and thence
East 297 feet back to tete poi nt of begin n i n g.
At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commis-
sion will hear all persons and all objections
and recommendations relative to such pro-
posed
r -posed permit. The City Clerk will also accept
written comments at, City Hall prior t4:00
p,m, on July 19th, 2006.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of
Section -6509 and -6511: Idaho Code,
and all amendments thereof.
