(PUE) identified on this plat map as may be
necessary or desirable in providing utility

any obstructions including structures, trees,
and vegetation that may be placed within the
PUE. A utility company may require the lot
owner to remove all structures within the PUE

BASED ON N.G.S. POINT AA3683. ALL DISTANCES SHOWN ARE
HORIZONTAL GROUND DISTANCES IN U.S. SURVEY DECIMAL FEET.
