IBS Section 1207. Identify a moisture barrier
between siding or, brick and the OSB ori the

unresolved issues.

hanciapped accessible variety. Identify backing

Section 1013.5.1 of the IBC requires that a
"dead end trvel condition does not require travel
past an unprotected opening to reach a stair".
Either move the stairs s❑ that a dead end
condition does not exist, or provide fire
separation at the front balcony as required for a
corridor. (include rated windows and doors).
The stairs must have a maximum riser height
of '" and a min. tread dimension of 111' from
toe to toe horizontally} as per IBC, Identify on
plans. Also show height of gaurdrails and
handrails.

mechanical penetrations in walls and floors will
be dealt with. This building isrequired to be
sprinklered as per the 2003 International
Building Code (IBC) Section 9x3.2.7. Provide
sprinkler plans and alarm plans. The bedrooms
mist have egress windows. On the plans they
are identified with an "S" , The window schedule
has letters to identify the windows.
All drains are to be tested and inspected before
covering. Required to meet the standards of
2x03 Uniform Plumbing Code.
All storm drains are required to be tested and
inspected.
All water lines ars required to be installed,
tested and inspected before covering. Required
to be installed to the standards set in the 2003
Uniform Plumbing Code.
Submit plans show -Ing plumbing service sizes.
Must be sized according to the 2Q03 Uniform
Plumbing Cade.
Provide structural calculations. Special
inspections are required for foundation, Provide
a letter from the Special Inspection Firm that
identifies details of inspection.
