-Unkown if building is fire sprinklered or not,
please provide more details.
-If not required to be fire sprinkiered, the
minimum fire flow required is 275D QPM for two
hours from a minimum of three usable hydrants
within 400 feet each.
-If fire sprinkler system is required the fire flaw
requirements shall be 150Q gpim/two hours
from a minimum of two fire hydrants within 45Q
feet.
-Please provide drawings with hydrants shown.
Parking lot exceeds 150 feet and requires a
means to turn dire apparatus around. See
Appendix D of the 2003 International Fire Cade.

west property line without buffering. Bufferingis
a fence ora 4 foot landscaped strip as defined
in the Development Code.
2. We need to see details on haw the storm
water system is going to be constructed.

4. A street light on the corner of Casper and
Everett Place must be instafled.
