Performed a visual inspection of reinforcing steel, concrete masonry units and mortar, and inspection of low -lift grout at locations noted above. A total of 8 Cubic yards of Walters 7 -bag grout mix was placed at the above location and was mechanically vibrated. Note: Contractor notified on mortar bedding, joints were not sufficient and need repair and re -inspection. Contractor Bart (Sommer Builders)vas informed by MTI representative that due to lark of 100% bond of mortar, that an adhesive banding; material would be needed to bond existing hardened mortar with replacement mortar. Inspected reinforcing steel and block placement from gridline 2 to 1 on row G, shear wall, elevation $' to 13 '4" (high -lift); from gridline 1 to 1.5 between rows D.4 and E.4, stairwell, elevation 4' to S' (low -lift); and from gridline 5.5 to 6.5 between F.4 and F.8, elevator shaft, elevation 4' to 12' (high -lift). Performed a visual inspection of reinforcing steel, concrete masonry units and mortar, and inspection of low -lift and high -lift grout at locations noted above. A. total of T/2 cubic yards of Walters grout mix 2RCOO Class 40 was placed at the above location and was mechanically vibrated. Node: Shear walk was inspected with a flashlight and cleanouts were provided fir the elevator shaft. Some of the rainwater collected on the 2'-'d deck and drained into the shear vva11.
