modifications. See Kurt Hubbert's review.
Provide stair details. Include landing widths,
riser heights and tread width (from foe to toe).
The stairs by the pantry are noted as 2.9. feet.
The minimum width is 3. Do bath stairwells
exit directly outside? Identify window size and
type for each bedroom. Include dimensions
from floor to window.
A one hour separation is required. Provide
details that identify rine hour separation at party
wall and at floor ceiling. Identify smoke
detectors. They mush be hardwired.
Stairwells must have a minimum 6'811
headroom height. Identify ceiling height for
entire basement area. Include heating duct
drops. The minimum hallway dimension is 3'.
Make the necessary changes to the plan and
resubmit.
Is the upstairs being used as an apartment or is
the owner of the building residing there. If it is
being used as an apartment, it must be brought
up to current code standards. Critical issues
