A cknowledged, JR TV & Asyociate� will tivoYk with the City and/or State to deternfine the Wiest location of the walk. The snow storage area is minimal. In order to meed the required 10% the area adjacent to tIle sheet must be used. This could block drivers sight distance when exiting the parking lot. Try to het more wifihaut using the area along the street. Please gee revised attached site plan. Connection fees should be the same as a residence. Ack-nowledged.
