adjacent to tIle sheet must be used. This could block drivers sight distance when
exiting the parking lot. Try to het more wifihaut using the area along the street.
Please gee revised attached site plan.
Connection fees should be the same as a residence. Ack-nowledged.

Where is the typical sidewalk section n the crinternal sheet? I assume that the internal
street referenced is Erikson brave. Consistent with the majority of the buildings inthis
development, these will not be a sidewalk on this internal goad.
Item #2 Design review for this Commercial building needs to be scheduled with the design
review committee. Acknowledged
