1. Is. the Key Bank ATM going to stay or will it
be removed?
2. there is a small building near the back of
the existing parking lot. Will it stay or go.
3. There is no drainage plan for the existing or
new parking area.
4. There is no lighting plan and related
informanion for the parking areas.
5. The curb and gutter along 1st east will need
to be replaced.
G. The driveway in front of the office area will
need to he limited an width to no more than 30
feet wide.
7. There is no landscaping plan.
8. The snow storage area at the south end of
the parking area in front of the building is not
functional without loosing parking stalls.
9. We need to have a copy of the agreement
between Pinnacle and Key bank on the shared
parking.

Parking meets requirements as long as the
exercise space is used as accessory to the
business portion of the building. if used other
than described above, then more parking may
need to be provided.
An easement on the property adjacent on the
North side has been provided to allow windows
in the North wall of the building.
Replace the landscape strip between the curb
and the sidewalk. This area has been hard
surfaced in thepast and should be restored to a
landscape area.
The ADA van parking space requires 8' wide
loading space adjacent to it.
