There is no drainage plan for the existing or new parking area. 4. There is no lighting plan and related informanion for the parking areas. 5. The curb and gutter along 1st east will need to be replaced. G. The driveway in front of the office area will need to he limited an width to no more than 30 feet wide. 7. There is no landscaping plan. 8. The snow storage area at the south end of the parking area in front of the building is not functional without loosing parking stalls. 9.
