Rexburg, ID 83440 Commissioners, The Homeowners in the Courtyard HOA are AGAINST the proposal for the rezoning of RPRRXB10432295, RPRRXB10430130, RPRRXB10430160, and RPRRXB10430100 from Mixed Use (MU) and medium Density Residential 1 (MDR1) to High Density Residential 2 (HDR2) zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho. Reasons: 1. Resale value of homes next to an apartment complex are lower. 2. Privacy of backyards will be lost. 3. Increased noise for bedroom on east side of homes. 4. Apartment complexes in the 400 block usually do not abide by Municipal Code 12.05.015 Sidewalk Snow Removal impeding safe walking on Main street during the winter months. 17 South to West Owners Tanner and Shayla Webb 5.
