I called Bob (Mr Franz) to notify him he was not allowed to add any more signage to his already non compliant sign. 12dvised him if he maned the pokes back from the sidewalk by a couple of feet he vtirouid not be in the right of way and therefore could add to his signage. He wands a sign that fs 6 feet off ground, 4 feet high by 10 feed wide. He sta city council and ask them for a variance so he could add the abase mentioned sign. I asked Mr Franz to please have one put in within 48 hours, He stated he did not want one, p however he finally did agree to make one.
