10. DUST, MUD AND EROSION SHALL BE CONTROLLED BY WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY, AND THE
ROADWAY SHALL BE KEPT FREE OF MUD AND DEBRIS AT ALL TIMES.
11. BUILDER/OWNER SHALL REPLACE ANY EXISTING SIDEWALK OR CURB & GUTTER ALONG THE
