I observed that the contractor had prepared the second floor for the concrete pour. I observed that there was rebar at each welding seam in the decking. I also observed that there was rebar around the perimeter of the inner part of the foundation walls. The mix contained micro fiber threads to add strength to it. I tested the first and sixth trucks and I stayed for the duration of the pour. The slump was slightly higher than the specifications for the sixth truck. I informed the contractor of these results and he decided to keep it anyway.
