The two middle buildings do not comply. Firewalls will be required at any exterior wall that is closer than 10'from a properly dine. The building located on the. east and ajacent to the street, must have a 15'setback from right -off -way. 4 parking spaces per 1000 sq. ft. of building fs required. There is 20,000 sq. ft. of building, therefore 80 spaces are required. 96 are provided. Parking is not allowed on a side yard abutting a street for the first 15' from right-of-way. Depending on the use of the buildings, loading spaces could be required. The permitted uses allowed i n this zone are fisted on pages 101 , 102 and 103 of the City of Rexburg Identify snow storage as per zoning ordinance.
