A 3D' wide front yard setback is required. The
two middle buildings do not comply. Firewalls
will be required at any exterior wall that is closer
than 10'from a properly dine. The building
located on the. east and ajacent to the street,
must have a 15'setback from right -off -way.
4 parking spaces per 1000 sq. ft. of building fs
required. There is 20,000 sq. ft. of building,
therefore 80 spaces are required. 96 are
provided.
Parking is not allowed on a side yard abutting a
street for the first 15' from right-of-way.
Depending on the use of the buildings, loading
spaces could be required. The permitted uses
allowed i n this zone are fisted on pages 101
,
102 and 103 of the City of Rexburg
Identify snow storage as per zoning ordinance.
Firewalls will be required between the two
center buildings and at any exterior wail of any
of the buildings that is closer than 10' to a
property dine.
