1. The replacement of the sidewalk an end
south requires 12 inches of granular material
under the sidewalk not 6 inches.
2. There is no method for handling stormwater
runoff from the site other than just dumping in
across the sidewalk and onto the steet. City
requirements on the hill are that the peak runoff
from the site cannot increase from the
preconstruction condition. There will need to be
a stormwater detention facility constructed to,
limit the flow from the new parking !of and
building addition. The runoff cannot just dump
across the sidewalk. A method must be
developed for providing flow under the sidewalk.
All storm drainage facilities are to be
constructed in compliance with the State of
Idaho Best Management Parctices for Storm
Water.
3. A stormwater runoff containment plan will
also need tobe submitted and reviewed for
approval.
