This quitclaim deed is made on April 29, 2021, by SANTA MONICA, LLC, a Utah limited
liability company, "Grantor," of 2141 Parleys Terrace, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84109, to SANTA
MONICA, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, "Grantee," of 2141 Parleys Terrace, Salt Lake City,
Utah, 84109:
Grantor, for and in consideration of $10.00, to Grantor in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt of
which is acknowledged, by these presents remises, releases, and forever quitclaims to Grantee and to
Grantee's heirs and assigns, all that parcel of land situate, lying, and being in Madison County, Idaho,
bounded and particularly described as follows:
The land described in the attached Land Description for Remaining Lot 1 of Grover
Subdivision (excludes Area 1)
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances belonging to or in
any manner appertaining to the property, the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,
issues, and profits of the property.
To have and to hold all and singular the premises, together with the appurtenances, to Grantee
and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
