We are aware of the handicap codes and understand that we need to modify the entrance to our building. We need to modify the sidewalk and steps to provide a ramped entrance to make our building wheelchair accessible. We tried to get this done before the snow and cold weather set in but were unable to get a contractor out in time. It has been suggested by our general contractor that we wait until warmer weather to set and pour the concrete. I am requesting that we be granted a temporary 90-day Occupancy Permit with the understanding that by April 15" we will have the concrete poured and the new entrance modified to make it handicap accessible.
