A notice was pasted on the property and sent to all property owners within 300 Feet of the above mentioned property. 3. On September 6, 20D7, Jeremy Bingham presented to the Plannm'g c� Zonin,g Comnussion for the City of Rexburg his Request for a Conditional Use Permit for a self storage unit facility located at 32Z Nest 4"` South.
