CITY Furnify C;4mmuniiy On September 19,2007,Schiess &Assoctates presented to the ReNburg Plann'r�.g & laving Coord*mator a Request and Application for a Preliminary Plat for Bronze Business Park-. 2. On October 18, 2007, Chris Park presented to the Rexburg Plannm-g & Zang Commission the Request for approve of the PrelimM,afvPlat for Bronze Bus' ess Park. Mary Awn Mounts motioned to recommend to City Council to approve the preliminary plat for Bronze Business Pari with the conditions that a tempaxar�7 turn around be p�.t on t ie easy end of the road, and that they dine the street up u7ith the Silver Estates development to the east. Thaine Robinson seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried. 3. On November 07, 2007 Planning and Zoning Admi"nistrator nary Leikness explained the Planning Comrm'ssion recommended approval with conditions plus a temporary turnaround for the development. He also e-xglain.ed this preliminary plat is to split the lot; once the preliminary platis approved, a zone change will have to be made. Council Member Mann asked if the development xvil look like, a warehouse development or a retail development. It w.sll hook more like a retail development. Council Member Young maned to approve Preliminary Plat for Bronze Bustaness Park with conditions as recommended by Planningand Zoning. Council Member Ste- vens seconded the motian. Auvote aye; none apposed. The motion carried.
