Please shover the location of the trash

must be fully screened from the right-of-way.
Please include screening detail on the plans.
All Lighting must conform to the commercial
lighting standards. Rease submit a detailed
lighting plan, including photometric; layout data,
dor review.
High pressure sodium limps must be used.
Proposed lighting may not cross the property
boundaries at greater than Q.2 footcandles. We
recommend a height of 12 deet for the light
mounting.
A detailed landscaping plan is required for
review. Please include location, types, and
sizes of frees! bushes proposed, especially on
the west side of the proposed building,
