IN REGARD TO THE NORTHERN MOST
BUILDING, IT IS 330 FEET LONG WITH NO
ACCESS ON THE NORTH SIDE. THE
MAXIMUM DISTANCE ALLOWED BY THE
2003 IFC IS 150 FEET. THE DEVELOPER
AGREED TO EITHER SHORTEN THE
BUILDING BY 30 FEET OR DIVIDE THE
BUILDING INTO TWO WITH ACCESS
BETWEEN THEM. PLEASE ADDRESS.
