The culvert must be installed all the way to 12th

Occupancy.
As a condition of the conditional use permit,
pedestrian traffic to the easy shall be
accommodated by the installation of sidewalks
per City standards to the intersection of 12#h

prior to the issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy.
Please provide trash enclosure details. Trash
receptacles must be fully screened from the
right-of-way using materials similar to these on

Screening materials for the dumpsters must be

treated to present direct illumination of the right-
& -way. The ordinance reads: "AIS light fixtures,
including security fighting, shall be aimed and
shielded so that the direct illumination shall be
confined to the Property' boundaries of the light
source. Care shall be taken to assure that the
direct illumination does not fail onto or across
any public or private street or road.
Freestanding luminaires that are closer to the
property boundary than 3 times the height of the
damp above grade shall use an asymmetrical
light distribution or shall be fitted with a cutoff
shield balsa known as house -side shields} such
that the illuminance at the property boundary is
less than X120 of the maximum from said
luminaire." Please revise.
A landscape plan is needed for all the areas
under ownership.

COVERS A GREAT DEAL OF AREA. THE

The cooling tower must be screened as

revised elevation drawings.
Since the North facade of the gymnasium area
faces the street, elements to visually break up
the facade are require. The Design Review
Committee suggests incorporating the same
columns and glass windows from the East and
West gymnasium facade onto the North
Gymnasium facade.

Since the North facade of the gymnasium area
faces the street, elements to visually break up
the facade are required. The Design Review
Committee suggests incorporating the same
columns and glass windows from the fast and
West gymnasium facade onto the North
Gymnasium facade.
A, m1nimum 1 D foot landscape strip is required
between the sidewalk and building facade on
the North and West side of the gymnasium
area - to be planted with frees a minimum of 2
inch caliper for deciduous, and 7 foot minimum
for evergreen. This will help visually break up
the large facade of the building.
A si e equipment for coaling, etc. must be
fully screened by incorporating itinto the design
of the building. We are concerned with the
equipment on the roof at the North end of the
building.
