These items will also make clear to the Contractor. These items are included on two sets of structural calculations. I am not a registered engineer ire Idaho. I am registered in Nevada, California, Oregon and Hawaii. I hope you will accept these calculations for trry Sans home. Along with the calculations I have also included two copies of the latest Simpson Catalog, page 150, for the .connections for lateral suppart of the gable end truss. They required 45 -degree, braces at 4' OC. All other important items are highlighted on the structural calculations. I have marked one set of Plans with all required information,, For example the basement retaining wall shows no reinforcing or required footing. Window headers shown are not adequate for two $' window openings. These are only a few of the things included on the marked up plan set. Please call if you have any questions.
