As a condition of the conditional use permit,
pedestrian traffic to the east shalt be
accommodated by the installation of sidewalks
per City standards to the intersec#ion of 12th
West and 7th South. This must be installed
prior to the issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy.
Please provide trash enclosure details. Trash
receptacles must be fullyscreened from the
right -of -wad using materials similar to those an
the building facades.
Screening materials for the dumpsters must be
similar to materials used in the building facade
itself, or landscaping (trees, shrubs, etc) must
be provided to black the proposed chain in
screening. Please revise.
A minimum 10 foot wide landscape strip is
required between the North and West facade of
the gymnasium area and the sidewalks - to be
planted with deciduous and evergreen trees to
heli visually break up these facades of the
buidling.

The cooling tower must be screened as

Since the North facade of the gymnasium area
faces the street, elements to visually break. up
the facade are required. The Design Review
Committee suggests incorporating the same
columns and glass windows from the East and
West gymnasium facade onto the North
Gymnasium facade.
Revision says this is acknowledged, but we
need this shaven on reprised elevation drawings.
Design Review Committee requested the block
glass windows be included on the North facade.
They do not see if a problem for the'
mechanical room and cooler.
