temporary access to SH -33 for the purpose of a multi -family residential approach.
the permit No. 06-07-115 is granted as a temP rQY I IfamV ly, residential approach until
such time that the 400 West Street connection to Highway 3� �Main St,,) is redesigned and
improved to resolve the existing traffic movement deficiencies or safety issues are
identified that require the access to be dosed. At such time, the State may conduct a
safety evaluation concerning the existing main street approach and make such
recommendations that may incline but are not limited to continued access, closure, right -
in -right -out, or emergency gated access.
The intent of this permit is to provide a temporary access to the property as the 4Q0 West
intersection does have some traffic concerns. 'However, unti! thesei, rnprovements are
realised, this temporary approach would best serve the property. Without knowing when
such improvements could be done (Wane are planned at this time) this approach could be
needed to serve the property for an extended period of time.. So if and when
improvements are done to the intersection, or if safety concerns are ide�ntltledsafety'L at this
access location that warrant a closure due to a traffic engineering evaluation, then this
permit could and may be revised or revoked_
