Development Standards Review AS proposed on Feb 2, 20D9: The proposal is
acceptable, but only if the area between the
proposed wheel chair ramp and the front of the
building is landscaped along with the other
proposed areas of landscaping. The rest of the
lot, excluding the proposed "new landscaping"
is existing. This review did not trigger a review
of the entire lot for cvnfromance. The area in
front of the building was historically used for
parking that backed on to the street. The new
proposal eliminates this non-eonfromiiy, and
increased safety. Because they have eliminated
non -conforming parking spaces, future parking
