As you may be aware, Beartooth is the owner of the old Craigo FS pizzeria, currently being leased to Ryan and Susan Houtz. Pursuant to the teems of the Lease Agreement, the Houtzes are to undertake a remodel of the property. However, Beartooth has a right to review and approve the changes to its property. The exhibit "A" referenced is a detailed mock up of the building's exterior. have been informed by Mr. Puetz that the Houtzes have sought and somehow obtained a building permit to perform a remodel. However, despite our numerous requests to them, Beartooth has never received a copy of the proposed flans nor had an opportunity to review or offer comments. Under the circumstances, Beaftoth can not authorize or condone the proposed remodel or authorize the building permit. I understand that the City of Rexburg Ordinance requires a Landlord's consent.. Perhaps you could assist us by providing a copy of the proposed plans.
