2) For permanent, non -seasonal, screening,
evergreen trees and shrubs need to be used or
comprise a minimum of 80% of proposed trees
and 80% of proposed shrubs,
3} Need to specify caliper of deciduous trees
and proposed tree height of proposed
evergreen trees. Recommneded, at planting:
Decidous Trees- two-inch caliper
Evergreen Trees- seven -foot minimum height
4} Specify material to be used as ground coyer,
mulch, gravel, or other nonvege#ative material
should not substitute for and should not be
dominant over plant material.
5} Irrigation details need to bLe submitted for
review. Areas over 50a square feet should be
irrigated avi#h automatic systems designed to
conserve water.
