LDR2
A. Front/Rear Yard. Each lot or parcel in the LDR2 zone shall have a Mn mum front yard of at least twenty-five
(25) feed unless the street on which the parcel fronts his a bvulevard strip of at least seven (7) feet, in which
case the front yard setback may be reduced to twenty (20) feet The m�imum depth of a rear yard shall be
twenty (ZD) feet.
B. Side 'Surd. Each lot or parcel of land in the LDR2 zone shalt have a side yard of at least six (G) fees or six (6)
inches of setback for every feat of buffdiug height, whichever is greater.
C. Accessory Building Setbacks. Accessory buildings must meet all setback requirements established by any
applicable building code, and shall:. .
1. have a building footprint and height Tess than the main dwelling. Accessory buildings larger than one

hundred and twenty (120).square feet shall meet the same side yard requirements as principal buildings.
2- Comply with all lot coverage requirements. An accessory building or soup of accessary buildings in any
residential zone shall not cover more than thirty (30) percent of the rear yard.

3.5.090. Setbacks and Rights -of -Way Exceptions

B. Fences. 7he ma.XimuM height of any fence, wall, or sight flbseuring objects within -fifteen (15) feet of the
public right-of-way shah be tree (3) feet. Fence's will be allowed in excess of three (3) feet and up to six (6)
feet if constructed out of rigid materials and are fifty (SO) percent or more see through per lineal food. All other
fences shall not be greater in height than eight (8} feet unless apraved bY the Planning and Zoning
Conmiission,

3.5.160. Design Standards
Commercial Lighting Standards are applicable as described in Chapter 4.14, Supplementary Regulation.
3.5.170. (]that Requirements
A. Sens. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, signs of the hype and description listed below, but no others, may be
placed and mainfavzed in the LDRI zone.
I. Siig.as or name plates not exceeding two (2) square feet in area and displaying only the name and address of
the occupant.
2. Two {2} temporary signs with a maximum area of six (6) square feet each, pertaininto the sale, Tease, or
rent of the particular building, property, or premises upon which displayed, and no other.
3. Signs or monuments identifying pointy of interest or saes of historic significance. The side of said signs or
monuments shall be specifically approved by the City Planning Commission.
4� The assigned address of any City residence must be posted an the structure within 10 feet of the enhance
door facing street side. Said numbers must be wadable from the street as deternu"ned by City Emergency
Services,
B. Supplementary Regulations. Refer to C`�apter 4 of this Cede: Supplementary Regulations.
