Mustprovilde elevation certificate showing lowest floor at 1 foot above BSE or a flood proofing certificate. This issue is forwarded to, the building official for resolution. Dumpster cannot be located withing 20 feet of any public thoroughfare (street, sidewalk, or internal pedestrian walkway). Proposed location is too close to walkway.
