Any dormitory style housing requires a
conditional use permit before operation. Site
plan is only being reviewed for "family" housing.
Unly 25% of parking spaces may be compact,
i.e. 8' by 15'. Seventy -fire percent must be 9 -
feet by 1$ -feet. Please show all parking stalls
with dimensions.
As part of project approval, area between
existing driveway and neighboring driveway
must have sidewalk installed. Mailbox should
not interfere with the sidewalk flow, maintain a
five-foot wide concrete path.
Must provide a four -foot landscaped strip along
perimeter of proposed parking lot. Must include
"shade trees and shrubs." Please show
landscaped strip and proposed tree and shrub
location on revised site plan.
A fence is provided to fill this requirement. This
fence must be maintained.
Please show location and describe screening
material for proposed trash receptacles. Trash
receptacles must be screened from mew of
public right-of-way and adjacent properties.
