AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION

Madison and Fremont Counties
1, Jeff Rydalch, being first duly sworn, depose and say, that
I am the business manager of the STANDARD
JOURNAL, a 5 times a week newspaper published 5 times
a week in Madison and Fremont Counties, Idaho; and I do
solemnly,swear that the Notice of Public Hearing P&Z city
of Rexburg - annexing of approximately 45 acres -south
side of 7th South, east of 12th West and west of Hwy. 20, a
copy of which notice appears attached hereto, was published
in the regular and entire issue of said newspaper, and not in
any supplement issue, once an -issue thereof for two 'issues,
the first publication having been made on February 28, 2007
and the last publication having been made on March 10,
2007.1
Further, that said newspaper is one of general circulation zn
said county; that it is a legal newspaper, confolmng to legal
specifications under the Idaho Statutes; that it has at least two
hundred bona fide subscn'bers living within the county of
publication; and that it has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said county during a peri'od of
seventy-eight consecutive weeks prior to the first publication
of the said nDlice.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY* GIVEN, that a Public
Hearing will be held before the Planning &
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg,
Idaho, Thursday, March 15th, 2007, at 7:30
p.m., in the City CouncilCham'bers of the City
Buidng at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho,
regarding annexation of approximately 45
acres of land on the south side of 7th South,
east of 12th West and west of Hwy 20.
Water and sewer services will need to be ex-
tended to the annexation parcels. Future road
development will be as per the City transporta-
tion plan as coordinated with Madison County.
The property is located on - the south side of 7th
South between 12th West and Hwy 20 in the
Rexburg it Area of Impact, Madison County,
Idaho. The propertie's are described as fol-
lows on the Annexation Map dated February
28, 2007:
AH of that land in the North half of the Northwest
quarter -of 'Secuon __' 36, -Township "'6-'N6rth,
Range 39 East, Boise Meridian, which i's not
currently contained in the City of Rexburg.
The proposed zoning: for this property is Rural
Residential One (RR1j, It is proposed to zone
approximately one acre in the SW corner of
this property to Community Business Center
(CBC).

At such hearing the Plann'ing & Zoning Commis-
sion will hear all persons and all objections
and recommendations relative to such pro-
posed approval. The it Clerk will also ac-
cept written comments at City Hall prior to
4:00 p.m. on March 14th, 200T
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of
Section 67-65:09T 67-6511 and 50-.222 (Sec-
tion 3, category A) of Idaho Code and all
amendments thereof.
