Conditional CTse Permit Procedures
The City of Rexbu.rgZoni_tlg Oxdinance designates certain land uses in each Zoning District which are allowed.
These are listed M the Zoning Ordinance fox each zone. The Planning &Zoning Dshould be consulted
if you have questions about whetheir your proposal will need a Conditional Use Petmit,
If a C.U.P. is needed, you will need to get an application from the Plan &Zoning nIng De axttnent and fill it out foxa C.U.P. You
Will then need to return the application and request to be placed on the Planning &Zanlr,

Commission agenda at least 1 8 days prior to the meeting. Application and public hearing fecs are reqUE'Ted to be
paid -up fro -tit. Prior to granting a conditional use, at least one Public Hearing shall be held to give p ersons an
opportunity to be heard. The Planning & Meedngs are held on the 1't and 3r`'Thutsdav of every month at
7:00 per.. I
