9-25-2008 According to the minutes of the Aug
20, 2003 City Council meeting, it was
determined that screening of pine trees and
poplars were adequate screening of business
park for those residential lots to the south. �
Alternate between the two types of trees,
however, to increase solar access, no pine
trees should be planted that will cast a shadow
on the proposed building during the winter ,n
months and during the noon hour. Asa
minimum, pine trees need to be 7-feet tall at F
