W1::kTf EE`E &H & ixq iiff� tllh'1Y st%i6ffi, depose and sayy, that I am the, printer of THE STANDARD -JOURNAL, a semi- weexiy newspaper princea anal punllsnea semi-weekly at Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho; and I do solemnly swear that the NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY REXBURG a copy of which notice appears attached hereto, was published in the regular and entire issue of said newspaper, and not in any supplement issue thereof for TWO consecutive issues, the first publication having been made on OCTOBER 29, 1996 and the last publication having been made on OCTOBER 29, 1996 Further, that said newspaper is one of general circulation in said county; that it is a legal newspaper, conforming to legal specifications under the Idaho Statutes; that it has at least two hundred bona fide subscribers living within the county of publication; and that it has been continuously and uninterruptedly published in said county during a period of seventy eight consecutive weeks prior to the first publication of the said notice. Residing at Rexburg, Idaho My commission expires: May 21, 1999 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDED PROPOSED REZONING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of. Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, November 13, 1996, at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho regar- ding proposed rezoning to provide as follows: That the owners of the following described property request that it be rezoned to HBD (Highway Business District). The property is within an HDR (High Density Residential) zone at the present time. The property is located at approximate- ly 248 South 2nd West, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and legally described as follows: Commencing at the NE Corner of Lot 4 of Block 7 of the South End Addition of the Rexburg Townsite (City of Rexburg) as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence W. 150 ft.; thence S. 88.5 ft.; thence E. 150 ft.; thence N. 88.5 ft., to the point of beginning. At such hearing the Planning and Zon- ing Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed rezoning. This notice is given pursuant to the pro- visions of Sections 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof. DATED this 15th day of October, 1996.
