WEATHERSTON being first duly sworn, depose and say, that I am the printer of THE STANDARD -JOURNAL, a semi- weekly newspaper printed and published semi-weekly at Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho; and I do solemnly swear that the NOTICE OF CANCELATION PUBLIC HEARING a copy of which notice appears attached hereto, was published in the regular and entire issue of said newspaper, and not in any supplement issue thereof for ONE consecutive issues, the first publication having been made on OCTOBER 1, 1996 and the last publication having been made on OCTOBER 1, 1996 Further, that said newspaper is one of general circulation in said county; that it is a legal newspaper, conforming to legal specifications under the Idaho Statutes; that it has at least two hundred bona fide subscribers living within the county of publication; and that it has been continuously and uninterruptedly published in said county during a period of seventy eight consecutive weeks prior to the first publication of the said notice. Residflng at Rexburg, Idaho My commission expires: May 21, 1999 NOTICE OF CANCELATION OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING PROPOSED REZONING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the public hearing scheduled to be held before the City Council of the City of Rex- burg, Idaho, Wednesday, October 2, 1996, at B p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding proposed rezoning of the property located between 5th West and 4th West and immediately North of 2nd South, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and legally described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 44 of the Original Rexburg Townsite, Madison County, Idaho, as per the Recorded Plat thereof, and running thence West 507.00 feet; thence South 170.00 feet; thence East 123.00 feet; thence South 160.00 feet; thence East 364.00 feet; thence North 330.00 feet to the point of beginning, and contains ap- proximately 3.39 acres.
