AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION

I, TERRY T. WEATHERSTON being first duly
sworn, depose and say, that I am the
printer of THE STANDARD -JOURNAL, a semi-
weekly newspaper printed and published
semi-weekly at Rexburg, Madison County,
Idaho; and I do solemnly swear that the
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF REXBURG
a copy of which notice appears attached
hereto, was published in the regular and
entire issue of said newspaper, and not in
any supplement issue thereof for TWO
consecutive issues, the first publication
having been made on FEBRUARY 6, 1997
and the last publication having been made
on FEBRUARY 25, 1997
Further, that said newspaper is one
of general circulation in said county;
that it is a legal newspaper, conforming
to legal specifications under the Idaho
Statutes; that it has at least two hundred
bona fide subscribers living within the
county of publication; and that it has
been continuously and uninterruptedly
published in said county during a period
of seventy eight consecutive weeks prior
to the first publication of the said
notice.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on
Wednesday, February 26, 1997, at 7:45
p.m., at the Rexburg City Hall, the Plann-
ing and Zoning Commission of Rexburg,
Idaho, will hold a public hearing pertain-
ing to the proposed changes to the Plann-
ing and Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Rexburg, formally known as Ordinance
725, for the City of Rexburg.
The proposed changes are available for
review at the City Hall between the hours
of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. weekdays in the
Clerk's office, and deal with corrections
and modifications to the ordinance as
previously recommended by the Planning
and Zoning Commission.
At that time the Planning and Zoning
Commission will hear and consider any
and all protests against or comments in
favor of adoption of the proposed
changes.
