WEATHERSTON being first duly sworn, depose and say, that I am the printer of THE STANDARD -JOURNAL, a semi- weekly newspaper printed and published semi-weekly at Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho; and I do solemnly swear that the NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY REXBURG a copy of which notice appears attached hereto, was published in the regular and entire issue of said newspaper, and not in any supplement issue thereof for TWO consecutive issues, the first publication having been made on FEBRUARY 11, 1.997 and the last publication having been made on FEBRUARY 25, 1997 Further, that said newspaper is one of general circulation in said county; that it is a legal newspaper, conforming to legal specifications under the Idaho Statutes; that it has at least two hundred bona fide subscribers living within the county of publication; and that it has been continuously and uninterruptedly published in said county during a period of seventy eight consecutive weeks prior to the first publication of the said notice. AN Residing at Rexburg, Idaho My commission expires: May 21, 1999 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING PROPOSED__ ISSUANCE OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, February 26, 1997, at 8 p.m., in the Coun- cil Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding proposed issuance of a conditional use permit to provide as follows: That the owner of the following describ- ed property be granted a conditional use permit for the construction of a home with a single family apartment in the base- ment. The property is currently in a LDR1 zone. The property is located at approximate- ly 220 South Shoshone, Rexburg, in Madison County, Idaho, and legally described as follows: Beginning at a point 661.83 feet North of the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 4 of the Randall Indian Hills Estates Modification Plat of a Portion of the Rigby Addition to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence North 128.67 feet; thence East 115 feet; thence South 128.67 feet; and thence West 115.00 feet to the point of beginning. At such hearing the Planning and Zon- ing Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed issuance of a conditional use permit. This notice is given pursuant to the pro- visions Of Sections 67-6509, 67-6511, Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof. DATED this 6th day of February, 1997.
