AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION

I, TERRY T. WEATHERSTON being first duly
sworn, depose and say, that I am the
printer of THE STANDARD -JOURNAL, a semi-
weekly newspaper printed and published
semi-weekly at Rexburg, Madison County,
Idaho; and I do solemnly swear that the
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SERVICES- REXBURG
a copy of which notice appears attached
hereto, was published in the regular and
entire issue of said newspaper, and not in
any supplement issue thereof for ONE
consecutive issues, the first publication
having been made on MARCH 4, 1997
and the last publication having been made
on MARCH 4, 1997
Further, that said newspaper is one
of general circulation in said county;
that it is a legal newspaper, conforming
to legal specifications under the Idaho
Statutes; that it has at least two hundred
bona fide subscribers living within the
county of publication; and that it has
been continuously and uninterruptedly
published in said county during a period
of seventy eight consecutive weeks prior
to the first publication of the said
notice.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
The City of Rexburg is requesting pro-
posals from qualified consultants for the
Planning, development, grant writing, and
administration of a Rexburg water im-
provement project — which includes con-
struction of a 1.5 -million -gallon storage
reservoir, a major pump station, and a
large transmission waterline from the
Pump station and storage reservoir to the
east and then to the south to interconnect
with the existing city distribution system.
The City of Rexburg anticipates apply-
ing for federal grant assistance to fund the
project. -
. Proposals must include:
1. Experience of the consultant with this
type of project (30%).
2. Services and resources committed to
the Project (30%).
3. Completeness of proposal (10%).
4. Qualifications of personnel directly
involved in the project with planning,
development, grant writing, and ad-
ministration of federal grant programs
(30%).
The relative importance of each area is
shown in parentheses.
Proposals are due in the office of the
Rexburg City Clerk
