I, TERRY T. WEATHERSTON being first duly
sworn, depose and say, that I am the
printer of THE STANDARD -JOURNAL, a semi-
weekly newspaper printed and published
semi-weekly at Rexburg, Madison County,
Idaho; and I do solemnly swear that the
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING -CITY REXBURG
a copy of which notice appears attached
hereto, was published in the regular and
entire issue of said newspaper, and not in
any supplement issue thereof for TWO
consecutive issues, the first publication
having been made on MAY 27, 1997
and the last publication having been made
on JUNE 3, 1997
Further, that said newspaper is one
of general circulation in said county;
that it is a legal newspaper, conforming
to legal specifications under the Idaho
Statutes; that it has at least two hundred
bona fide subscribers living within the
county of publication; and that it has
been continuously and uninterruptedly
published in said county during a period
of seventy eight consecutive weeks prior
to the first publication of the said
notice.

REGARDING PROPOSED
ISSUANCE OF
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a
public hearing will be held before the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, June
11, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Council
-Chambers of the City Building at 12North
-Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding pro-
posed issuance of a conditional use per-
mit to provide as follows:
It is being requested that the following
described property be granted a condi-
tional use permit for the construction of a
home with a single family apartment in the
basement. The property is currently in a
LDR1 Zone.
The property is located at approximate-
ly 412 South 3rd East, Rexburg, in
Madison County, Idaho, and legally
described as follows.
Lot 2, Block 1 of the Sherwood Hifls Ad-
dition Plat of the City of Rexburg, Madison
County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat
thereof.
At such hearing the Planning and Zon-
ing Commission will hear all persons and
all objections and recommendations
relative td such proposed issuance of a
conditionaluse permit.
This noticels given pursuant to the pro-
visions of Sections 67-6509, 676511,.
Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
