sworn, depose and say, that. I am the
printer of THE STANDARD -JOURNAL„ a semi-
weekly newspaper printed arid published
semi-weekly at Rexburg, Madison County,
Idaho; and I do solemnly swear that the
NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF REXBURG
a copy of which notice appears attached
hereto, was published in the regular and
entire issue of said newspaper, and not in
any supplement issue thereof for TWO
consecutive issues, the first publication
having been made on JUNE 5, 1997
and the last publication having been made
on JUNE 24, 1997
Further, that said newspaper is one
of general circulation in said county;
that it is a legal newspaper, conforming
to legal specifications under the Idaho
Statutes; that it has at least two hundred
bona fide subscribers living within the
county of publication; and that it has
been continuously and uninterruptedly
published in said county during a period
of seventy eight consecutive weeks prior
to the first publication of the said

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on
Wednesday, June 25, 1997, at 8 p.m., at
the Rexburg City Hall, the Planning and
Zoning Commission of Rexburg, Idaho,
will hold a public hearing pertaining to the
annexation to the City of, as well as the
amendment of the Comprehensive Plan
pertaining to, the following described
property:
Parcel 1
A tract of land in the west 1/2 of Section
36, Township 6 North, Range 39 East,
Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho,
beginning at the southwest corner of Sec-
tion 36, North 89053'15" East 1,314.41
feet along the south line of Section 36, to
the south 1/16 corner of the southwest
quarter of Section 36, thence north
00023'08" west, 2,004.98 feet along the
said 1/16 line to the east right of way line
of Highway 20-191; Thence along the east
right of way north 22039'47" east, 43,76
feet continuing along said right of way line
north 20054'09" east, 14.73 feet to the
'true point of beginning. The next (4)
courses being along the east right of way
line of Highway 20-191, (1) north
20054'09" Est, 596.73 feet (2) South
89058'27" east, 227.14 feet (3) along a
curve to the right a distance of 476.69

the annexation of said properties; the
amendment to the Comprehensive Plan;
and that said properties if annexed to the

(HBD);
Parcel 2: Industrial District (1)
