There appears to be some misunderstanding
with regard to property ownership with the
adjacent property owner, Mr. Archibald. Staff
recommends that the application be put on hold
until this
issue is
resolved,
or as a minimum,
the final
pkat not
be signed
until this issue is
resolved. To show the Planning and honing
Commission that this issue has been resolved,
staff would recommend that the applicant
receive a written statement from the Madison
County Recorder's office that states that as
ownership sands a final plat could be accepted
by their office. This will prevent the City from
approving something that is non -recordable by
the County.
