Subdivision
Which was origynally subxnitrted on November 7,,2'008,
in the past, we. notified you (in an e-mail) an January 1.6, 2009, that the City of. Rexburg
Planning & Zoning Commissioti tabled this plat at their January 15, 2009 meeting , pending
evidence clarifying propetty ownership that you were xequired to submit. At the march 19.,
2009 P&Zoning meeting, it was determined that if the requested ownexship
information is not submit -ted for the April 2, 20D9 meeting, and you, or y
OUT representative
are not there to present the information, then the final plat application will be considered
null and void. A nein application fort fimd play approvaOl will need to be submitted. Also,
please be aware that the City's subdkri.sion ordinance requires expiration dates_an preliminary
plats if no final plat is submitted within24 months of ptehnitia-ry plat approval..

Trehusen Subdivision Final Plat
Last night at the Rexburg Planning & Zoning meeting, the Commissioners voted to table the Trehusen Subdivision Finai
Plat until evidence clarifying property ownership is submitted to the City. In the Staff Review comments that I faxed to
you on December 2,. the Planning Staff cornrraents suggest haw you might go about resoling this issue.
