Rexburg Planning & Zoning Commissioti tabled this plat at their January 15, 2009 meeting , pending evidence clarifying propetty ownership that you were xequired to submit. At the march 19., 2009 P&Zoning meeting, it was determined that if the requested ownexship information is not submit -ted for the April 2, 20D9 meeting, and you, or y OUT representative are not there to present the information, then the final plat application will be considered null and void. Also, please be aware that the City's subdkri.sion ordinance requires expiration dates_an preliminary plats if no final plat is submitted within24 months of ptehnitia-ry plat approval..
