Developaixxents With facade over 40 feet in linear length shill incorporate wall projections or recesses a minimum
of 3 foot depth and a minimum of 8 contiguous feet within each 40 feet of facade length and shall extend over 20
percent of the facade. All sides of a struct-are clearly, visible from a public sheet shall be so treated.

Continuous internal pedestrian waiK-ways, no fess than five (5) feet �n width, shall be provided from the public
sidewalk or right-of-way to the principal customer entrance of all principal b-aildings an the site. At a rnini-cxium,
walk -ways shall connect focal points of pedestrian activitve such as, but not limited to, transit stops, street crossings,

building and store entry points, and shall feature adjoining landscaped areas that include trees, shrubs, benchcs,
flower beds, ground covers, or other such materials for no fess than 'DO percent of their length.
Sidew.alks, no less than five (5) feet in `width, shall be prov. ided along the full. length of the building along any
facade featuring a customer entrance, and along an�r facadc abutting public parking areas. Such sidewalks shall be
located at least six (G) feet from the facade of the building to vrovide planting beds for foundation landscaping,
except where features such as arcades or entryways are pari of the facade.
Internal pedestrian �valk�vays provided in conformance with Subsection b above, shall provide weather protecti
features such as awnings or arcades within thirty (3(}) feet of all customer entrances, constructed parallel to the
