Extend Zoning of Community Business Center (CBC) and Medium Density Residential 2 (MDR2) at Approximately 20 South 12th West and Parcel Numbers RPR6N39E260006 and RPR6N39E260007 in
Rexburg, Idaho
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ZONED DESIGNATION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, SITUATED IN
REXBURG, MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO, BE CHANGED AS HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho:
SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, which is filed with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended and changed to provide that the hereinafter
described property situated in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho, regarding (#21 00084) to extend zoning of Community Business Center (CBC) and Medium Density Residential
2 (MDR2) zones at approximately 20 South 12th West along with parcel numbers RPR6N39E260006 and RPR6N39E260007 in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho.
The said property is located at approximately 20 South 12th West and parcel numbers RPR6N39E260006 and RPR6N39E260007in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described
as follows:

Beginning at a point that is S.00°22’04”E. along the Section line 728.50 feet and S.89°38’09”W. 880.35 feet from the Northeast Corner of Section 26, Township 6 North, Range 39 East of

said Section 26; thence N.89°38’09”E. along said North line 125.68 feet; thence S.00°55’39”E. 56.06 feet to the South Right-of-Way line of Highway 33; thence N.89°24’50”E. along said
South Right-of-Way line 595.43 feet; thence S.00°22’05”E. 674.75 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Beginning at a point that is S.00°22’04”E. along the Section line 65.42 feet from the Northeast Corner of Section 26, Township 6 North, Range 39 East of the Boise Meridian; running
thence S.00°22’04”E. along said Section line 663.08 feet; thence S.89°38’09”W. 880.35 feet; thence N.00°22’04”W. 674.75 feet to the South Right-of-Way line of Highway 33; thence Easterly
along said South Right-of-Way line the following five (5) courses: (1) thence N.89°24’50”E. 239.80 feet; (2) thence S.00°22’01”E. 8.90 feet; (3) thence N.89°04’21”E. 602.23 feet; (4)
thence S.00°22’01”E. 10.00 feet; (5) thence N.89°04’21”E. 38.35 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 13.56 acres
SECTION II: That a new zoning map showing these amendments shall be certified to and declared to be the official zoning map of the City of Rexburg by passage of this Ordinance by the
City Council of the City of Rexburg.
SECTION III: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, approval
and publication.
