Item #1 & #15, the easement should have been recorded several weeks ago, I will follow up with it and get back to you. Item #13, We are using catch basins and infiltrators as referenced in drawing C-06 (of the revised drawings submitted August 5, 2008) at one time we had drainage swells to retain the right of way drainage but it was later changed to infiltrators. Item #16, 1 will follow up with the client last I heard he was reviewing it. I will follow up with the Architect on the photometric lighting plan. Thank you for your help, Aaron From: JaNell Hansen [mailto:janellh@rexburg.org] Sent: Tue 9/16/2008 3:35 PM To: Aaron Swenson Cc: Joel Gray; Keith Davidson Subject: Springhill Suites Hotel Aaron, I found a copy of the letter you submitted to public works dated 7/24. The following questions need to be addressed: Referencing items #1 & 15, has the easement been recorded yet and if so what is the record number? We have not received anything showing that this recording has been done. Referencing item #13 Will there be catch basins or swells? Infiltrators are referred to on the drawings and public works would like to know which you will be using. Referencing # 16, Keith gave a draft copy of the development agreement to the Marriott representative and he hasn't heard back from anyone. Also, as I mentioned on the voicemail I left you, a photometric lighting plan was not included with the building drawings submitted by Marriott. If you could follow up on this and find out who will be submitting this and when we can expect it, I would appreciate it. Gary and I are planning to go over his review of design standards tomorrow, 9/17. I will let you know the status once we've had a chance to sit down and take a look at it. k L,5>0oV36'Z Plan Checklist for the 2006 International Building Code Name of Project:_ USE AND OCCUPANCY 1.
