Observations/ Remarks
I arrived on site at approximately 8:45 AM. I observed that all of the hold down holes were cleaned. I
observed that epoxy was placed all of the way into the hole and that when the bolts were placed into
the epoxied holes they were twisted to allow air to escape and provide proper adhesion. I left the site
for the lab at approximately 11:00 AM.
Items observed are in general conformance with approved project documents and jurisdictional requirements.
